In order to qualify, your transfer-in application should be submitted within campaign period and should successfully be transferred into your FUTU SG Securities Account by 30 November 2021 09:59 SGT in order to qualify for the rewards.
Before 30 November 2021 09:59 SGT, any transfer-out of shares/positions or any withdrawal of cash will forfeit all rewards entitled in the above table.
The position/shares transfer-in offer is only available for US and HK position/shares transfer-in. The positions/shares transfer-in amount is regardless of quantity, counters and shares involved.

After the campaign period has ended and valuation of shares transferred-in has been completed (30 November 2021 09:59 SGT), we will contact you via your mobile number registered with your FUTU SG Securities Account on your reward status within 15 business days to inform you of your successful redemption of your iPhone13.
Rewards will be allocated based on the share value which will be evaluated at the date and time upon shares successfully credited into your FUTU SG Securities Account.
1.Should the successful transfer-in shares happen within trading hours, shares will be valued based on the market prices at the date and time upon successful transfer-in.
2.Should the successful transfer-in shares happen outside of trading hours, shares will be valued based on the closing prices of the previous trading day on the positions / shares transferred in.

Free shares or stocks will be automatically deposited to your FUTU SG Securities account within 10 business days upon end of campaign (30 November 2021 09:59 SGT). Entitlements will only be allocated to users who have a valid FUTU SG Securities Account in their own name. Users will need to download the moomoo mobile app on either Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in to receive the rewards after completing the respective missions.

After the campaign period has ended and valuation of shares transferred-in has been completed (30 November 2021 09:59 SGT), we will contact qualified users via their mobile numbers registered with their FUTU SG Securities Accounts on their reward status within 15 business days from 30 November 2021 09:59 SGT to inform successful redemption of their iPhone13.
If we do not receive any response within 30 business days from 30 November 2021, your reward will be forfeited. Please ensure your personal details and contact details are accurate as any errors in contact process or verification process may result in unsuccessful redemption and thus, forfeit of the reward.
In the event of out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, we may delay your delivery of your iPhone13 until further notice or you agree that you may also receive the same value of cash coupons as the price of the iPhone13 (256GB) which will be allocated into your account within 90 business days from 30 November 2021.
FUTU SG will do our best to ensure the reward reaches you safely and securely, however, FUTU SG will not be held responsible for any product damage or manufacturing defects after shipment of reward has been processed on our end.
This reward is only valid for users with a valid Singapore address.

1.These campaign, terms and conditions and rewards are organised by Futu Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Futu SG) (「Organiser」), a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms and Conditions, existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of Futu SG in relation to and in connection with this Campaign.
2.Futu SG reserves all rights to terminate the campaign or change terms and conditions, offers, rewards without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply and will be posted on the moomoo app/website prior to effectiveness.
3.This offer is only valid for eligible users who are either Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore or Singapore Residents# with Singapore residential addresses, are at least 18 years of age, and have a valid Singapore bank account in their own name.
4.The offer is also valid for non-Singapore Residents, however we are currently limiting sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. 6.No person should have more than one account. Please note that FUTU SG does not allow a person to open a trading account on behalf of another (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated during your account opening process and in your declaration. Please refrain from opening a trading account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g., using multiple accounts or devices, FUTU SG may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your stock rewards and limit your chance to participate in future promotions.
7.Each user or device, regardless mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of registration / sign up rewards, account opening rewards, initial deposit rewards, market trade rewards and referral rewards.
8.FUTU SG reserves the right to remove market data access and commission-free trade entitlement should customer not fulfill fulfil all stated conditions of the offer. Should the customer not fulfil all the stated conditions of this offer, FUTU SG reserves the right to charge in full the free shares.
9.Requests for substitution of rewards will not be entertained. FUTU SG reserves all rights to end the offer or amend the rules of the offer at any time without prior notice.
